CYP-C supports the use of pan-Canadian childhood cancer surveillance data to advance research, improve care, and inform policy. This page provides access to research applications, approved projects, and publications using CYP-C data..
CYP-C Data Access (How to apply)
Researchers can request individual‑level or aggregate CYP‑C data via C17’s official application pathway; proposals are reviewed by the CYP‑C Data Access, Use & Publications Committee and, where applicable, require POGO and PHAC Privacy Office approvals. Individual-level data and aggregate-level data may be requested from the CYP-C dataset (ages 0-14 from 2001 to 2014; ages 0-18 from 2015 onward). Applications may be submitted at anytime (see below) and will be reviewed in the order they are received.
